13. If no expiry date is mentioned on the document, the 10-year period is calculated from the issue date.

1. The authorization certificate allows multiple entries within 90 days.
2. Maximum stay is 14 days, counted from the day after arrival.
3. A new authorization certificate must be applied for at least 7 days before expiry of the current one.
